Regional Education Specialist / Girls' Regional Coach (Eastern Region)
About the role
Lead role to develop regional coaching competence and to implement girls' regional national team activities. You will be responsible for coordinating coaching competence and supporting the development of players aged 12-16, leading regional camps, and collaborating with national staff. The role requires travel within the country and potential international travel, with some evening and weekend work. Flexible remote work is possible when tasks allow.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional coaching competence
- Support coaches and clubs in the East region
- Deliver UEFA A coaching education when needed
- Develop continuous learning activities for coaches
- Execute regional duties and club collaboration
- Player scouting and supporting players’ daily life
- Lead regional camps and plan regional events
- Coordinate Huuhkaja and Helmaritoiminta regionally
- Contribute to nationwide development and content for sport support
Requirements
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of pedagogical experience and competencies
- Experience developing girls’ and women’s football
- Club operations familiarity and ability to integrate training processes in a club context
- Customer service mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to develop own skills and common practices
