About the role

- You join Pennylane Academy and train on the product and team mechanics. - Learn about the company, vision, and departments. - Identify stakeholders and collaborate effectively within the team and with other departments. - Begin addressing accounting requests, receive and qualify them based on deep understanding of accounting principles, providing fast and impactful answers. - Over 4-6 months, gain autonomy, take full ownership of requests, manage increasingly complex client inquiries, contribute to helping materials, share knowledge, and relay client voices to product teams. - Become a product expert and improve team efficiency, take on projects, and pursue growth. - In the future, opportunities to evolve toward more advanced questions within Support or other teams. - Requirements include formal accounting education and at least 3 years at an accounting firm, English professional level, strong written and pedagogical communication, autonomous work, knowledge of Pennylane a plus, ability to work independently and in a team, and flexibility to adapt to product evolution.

Responsibilities

  • 3 first months: integrate into Pennylane Academy and train on product and team mechanics
  • 4 to 6 months: gain autonomy, own requests end-to-end, handle increasingly complex client requests
  • Become a product expert and drive efficiency; future growth in other teams such as account managers or implementation leaders

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (ideally three tax periods)
  • Formal accounting training (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
  • English professional level
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Autonomy and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on product evolution
