Car Rental Employee

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking customer-service oriented car rental employees for Rovaniemi and Kittilä during the winter season 2026–2027. You will serve domestic and international customers at the rental locations, helping ensure that our customers’ journey starts and ends smoothly even during the busiest days. Your days will be varied, including both customer service and hands-on tasks with vehicles. Your duties include: greeting customers face-to-face, by phone and by email; guiding customers at pickup and return; handling reservations and rental agreements; selling add-on products and services; cleaning, inspecting and preparing vehicles for the next customers and ensuring their operability; moving vehicles and conducting damage inspections; collaborating with the rest of the team to guarantee a smooth customer experience. We expect: a service-minded and proactive work attitude; good communication and collaboration skills; ability to stay calm in busy situations; flexibility and readiness for shift work; good English and sufficient Finnish; a valid B driving license. We list as a plus: prior customer-service experience; additional language skills; sales experience; experience in travel or car rental.
