As a Strategic Global HR Business Partner, you will shape and enable the people agenda for a global sub-function, partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into integrated talent, organization, workforce, leadership, and change strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence complex decisions, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven insight, enterprise collaboration, and disciplined execution across regions. Your Impact: Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with global leaders to translate functional priorities into clear people strategies, talent plans, organizational actions, and change roadmaps that enable business performance. Talent and Succession Leadership: Drive robust talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, retention strategies, and critical role coverage to build a strong and diverse leadership pipeline. Strategic Workforce Planning: Identify future capability needs, workforce risks, critical skills, organizational gaps, and talent implications required to deliver global priorities across regions. Organizational Effectiveness and Change: Lead organizational design, operating model evolution, transformation support, stakeholder alignment, and change management plans that improve effectiveness, collaboration, accountability, and adoption. Data-Driven Enterprise Collaboration: Use HR metrics, workforce analytics, engagement insights, and business context to shape recommendations while partnering with Regional HR, MyHR, Talent, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and other Centers of Excellence. Your Experience and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 8-10 years of HR experience within global organizations, successfully partnering with diverse stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographic regions. Proficiency in HR and business systems, including Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors, and Salesforce, with the ability to leverage technology to support people's initiatives and business outcomes. Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures at both local and global levels, collaborating effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions. Proven expertise in managing strategic HR programs, defining success metrics, applying logical and creative problem-solving approaches, and tailoring people solutions to meet evolving business needs; advanced English communication skills required.
