We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for Keimolanmäen Daycare in Vantaa to join our team. The daycare operates with a home-area model and consists of six home areas. Each home area includes two groups of children and has its own facilities. The facility enables strong small-group activities in line with the early childhood education curriculum. We participate in the ProVaka operating model, which is based on guiding behavior with positive feedback. The model positions adults as role models for the children and also supports inclusive, collaborative practices that strengthen social skills and consistent guidance across the staff. Keimolanmäen school is in the same courtyard, with shared spaces such as restaurant, gym, and yard.
