About the role

Grover is growing its Procurement team and is hiring a Direct Buyer for a full-time role (40 hours/week) in Berlin, hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office per week (Tuesday–Thursday) at the Berlin HQ. The role involves sourcing devices that power Grover’s subscription catalogue across Europe, including new and B-stock sourcing, OEM relationships, and supplier negotiations, reporting to Head of Procurement and collaborating with Category Management. The candidate will own a fast-moving category of mainly smart home, TV and audio, with responsibility for locating inventory at the right price and achieving target discounts against RRP, and for contributing to the procurement strategy and attending trade fairs.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain (ecommerce or tech preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with data and spreadsheets
Knowledge of consumer electronics categories (mobile, audio, smart home, TV) is a plus
Organised and detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple workstreams
Fluent English; German (B2+) would be a plus
