Building Cleaner

We are looking for an experienced and skilled SERVICE CLEANER for cleaning work in Joutseno to join our sunny team in a permanent full-time position. The daily duties include facility maintenance cleaning and room cleaning after residents move out. Occasionally basic cleaning such as floor waxing in the site. Owning a car is welcome as the site is located outside public transport. The site employs friendly colleagues, working in pairs or independently on their own areas. The site is security-classified, so a short security check is performed before starting due to the nature of the work. There will be both workers and clients present at the site during shifts. Employment type: permanent full-time. Start date: as soon as a suitable person is found and the security check is completed. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:00. Weekly hours: 37.5 h/week. Language requirement: fluent Finnish. Applicants must have prior cleaning experience and good customer service and intercultural communication skills, good general fitness (the site includes many stairs), be of legal age, hold a driving licence and have access to a car or other vehicle, Finnish language ability, and a clean criminal background (short security check will be conducted for the selected person before start).
