Key responsibilities include: prospecting new customers (B2B), selling personnel outsourcing services to various industries, identifying client needs and offering solutions, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish. Requirements include proven sales experience (experience in personnel outsourcing is advantageous), strong initiative and result-oriented attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial model, and a desire to develop your own business.
