Head Chef

Head Chef responsible for the kitchen operations and leading the staff and customer experience at Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Helsinki. The role involves organizing work shifts, coordinating high-quality kitchen activities in a fast-paced hotel environment, and collaborating closely with the restaurant manager to ensure overall restaurant operations. The position requires leadership, empathy, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences in a multi-restaurant hotel setting. The candidate should have experience in hotel kitchen leadership, including à la carte and event/function settings, and solid numeric management of financial indicators. Fluency in Finnish and English is expected. Employment is full-time with a permanent contract; the work period is 112.5 hours per 3 weeks.
