Job Description
Vivicta, formerly Tietoevry Tech Services, now operates as a standalone company. We are seeking an experienced 2nd line support technician for a customer project in an industrial and security-critical environment. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues escalated from 1st line, with responsibilities including incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL. Tasks include managing complex incidents, supporting Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange, configuring routers and switches, and supporting network-related issues. The position requires 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or 2nd line support, with a broad technical skill set, independence, and strong customer and security focus. Knowledge of PowerShell, ITIL, ServiceNow, and problem/change management is advantageous. The role is based in Örnsköldsvik, with a fixed-term employment until June 2028, with potential extension.
