We are seeking a Contract and Compliance Specialist for Tapio Palvelut Oy to strengthen governance within the Tapio Group and support day-to-day business operations. In this role you will oversee contract management, quality management, compliance and sustainability, develop management systems, and ensure that operations meet legal requirements, standards and stakeholder expectations. You will act as a liaison between legal, contracts and business to support leadership, business and governance in risk management, continuous improvement and achieving sustainability goals. We expect an independent and solution-oriented approach, especially in legal matters. The role also includes responsibility for procurements and related tendering. The position is new and will be shaped by the candidate’s work experience.

Requirements
- Master of Laws (oikeustieteen maisterin tutkinto)
- Several years of relevant work experience after graduation
- Experience with commercial contracts and business-oriented thinking
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Independent and proactive work approach
- Ability to work in changing situations and solve problems
