2 Carpenters for a Renovation Project

Two Carpenters for an Interior Renovation Project in Ylivieska We are looking for two local, experienced, skilled and self-directed carpenters for Ylivieska! The workers must be able to work independently. Both workers will work on the same renovation project. The site is an interior renovation and repair project. Duties include demolition and the construction work that follows, as well as at least some finishing work. You must be able to work independently, take responsibility for complete work stages and carry them through reliably and carefully. Duties include: - Installing protective coverings - Interior demolition, including structural demolition - Keeping the site tidy throughout the project as work progresses - Measuring and setting out - Building new frame structures - Sheeting work - Installing fixtures, frames, doors and windows as needed - Minor repair and patching work, for example on frames - Sealing as needed, installing thresholds and protective metal sheets, and fitting mouldings - Finishing work as needed What we expect from you: - You live locally, within approximately 50 km of Ylivieska - You can plan your own work - A responsible and safe approach to work - Construction training or strong practical work experience - Previous experience in similar tasks - Ability to read drawings - Ability to use the necessary lasers - Ability to carry out demolition safely and according to instructions - Carefulness, accountability and problem-solving skills on site - Finnish language skills - A valid Occupational Safety Card is mandatory The project is expected to start around the beginning of December and last approximately two months.
