Property Maintenance Supervisor

What we expect from you: - Suitable technical education, for example in construction, building services or property management. - Experience in property maintenance, renovation construction and supervisory work. - Ability to lead work, schedules and partners. - Financial thinking and cost awareness. - Good interaction and customer service skills. - An initiative-taking, solution-focused and responsible approach to work. - Good IT skills. You will succeed in the role if you take responsibility and see things through, can make decisions and set priorities, are approachable and cooperative, look after properties as if they were your own, and look for solutions rather than problems.
