The Opportunity: The Account Team Lead will increase coverage and quality of Agoda's supply network, managing a team that handles a portfolio of emerging and high growth supply partners and assisting in partner growth functions at scale. Responsibilities include managing a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, shaping strategy for Growth and Accelerator Team, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide, coaching and developing the team, addressing performance gaps, fostering ownership, managing project sprints, ensuring effective partner communication, and prioritising daily tasks. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or higher, 8+ years in operational roles, ability to coach/train on business development, 4+ years of senior supervisory experience, data-driven decision making, strong communication and English proficiency.
