We are seeking a permanent Construction Damage Inspector to join LähiTapiola Uusimaa’s claims services team. The role combines technical expertise, practical problem solving and strong customer service. Your duties include inspecting and assessing building damages, performing risk assessments, advising customers, coordinating with stakeholders in the claims process, and contributing to risk management development. The successful candidate will work independently, make well-founded decisions, and engage with clients professionally in various situations. The first year focuses on mastering the insurance environment and becoming proficient in independent work. You will communicate clearly, empathetically, and customer‑oriented both orally and in writing, with a passion for delivering excellent local and multichannel service. We value experience in construction and knowledge of the insurance industry, and fluency in Swedish and English is appreciated. We offer a permanent, full‑time hybrid role with flexible working arrangements, an supportive team, and comprehensive employee benefits. Primary locations are Kirkkonummi or Klaukkala, Finland, with some travel and occasional support for LähiTapiola Etelärannikko. We expect attendance at the office about once per week.
