Restaurant Worker

We are seeking a restaurant worker for Hesburger Prisma Seppälä in Jyväskylä. The position is permanent with 20 hours per 3 weeks. Your day-to-day tasks include customer service, preparing delicious products, and tasks that keep the restaurant clean. In addition to Hesburger Prisma Seppälä, you may also work partly at Buffa&Presso and Hesburger’s Sokos location. Requirements include prior experience in fast‑food tasks, enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork, and enjoyment of working in a busy environment. You should be able to take on duties actively and complete them quickly and carefully. You should be willing to work flexible shifts with broad opening hours and serve customers in fluent Finnish. It’s a plus to have prior experience at Hesburger or in the restaurant industry, but the most important thing is the willingness to learn and work efficiently. We’ll train you thoroughly and you’ll have a great team and restaurant manager Tomi to support you. Pay is based on the hospitality and leisure services collective agreement and ranges from €12.21–€13.58 per hour plus bonuses. There is also a potential earnings bonus up to €1.50 per hour.
