Role: Deliver preventive-care model to NY members using advanced tech; work with Operators, APPs, and cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless, insight-driven member experience. What you’ll deliver: comprehensive preventive health screenings, personalized health plans from screening data, member education on risk factors, clinical oversight to APPs, cross-functional collaboration. What we’re hiring for: commitment to preventive medicine, member-first instinct, team-lifting collaboration. Minimum requirements: NY medical license, board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, 1+ year post-residency, recent outpatient experience, comfort in a tech-forward environment, availability Fri/Sat 7:00am-4:30pm. Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive preventive health screenings
  • Personalized health plans from screening data
  • Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors
  • Clinical oversight and escalation support to APPs
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Operators and care teams

Requirements

  • Active New York State medical license
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or equivalent)
  • At least 1+ year of post residency experience
  • Recent outpatient experience
  • Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
  • Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays 7:00am-4:30pm
