Sheet Metal Shear Operator

We operate across several regions in Finland, with our headquarters in Tampere. We are now seeking a Sheet Metal Shear Operator for our client in Hämeenlinna. The role suits someone comfortable in an industrial setting, performing precision-driven, varied work. A mindset geared toward learning and curiosity is essential. Training in metalworking or production technology, or prior experience with sheet metal shearing, is preferred. The work is independent and requires accuracy. The position starts as a temporary role, but for a good worker there is potential for long-term employment. We expect: previous experience or training in the metal field, especially in shearing; Finnish language ability; own car to access the workplace. Pay is based on the technology industry collective agreement and ranges between €14 and €17 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
