Early Childhood Education Teacher

This vacancy is for a permanent position as an early childhood education teacher at Kivistön day care, appointed to start on 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The day care serves children aged 1–5 years and features a bright, newly renovated interior and access to a large forest yard for activities. The staff operate in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment and participate in the development of early childhood education as well as their own professional growth. The unit emphasizes inclusive practices and positive behaviour support through ProVaka, with adults modeling constructive behavior. The role involves working closely with colleagues, specialists, and leaders to implement pedagogy and daily routines while fostering social skills and learning in a supportive setting.
