Are you the Café Manager we are looking for? We are currently seeking a Café Manager for our client Kujalan Porotila for the upcoming winter season 2026–2027 in Kuusamo. As Café Manager you will hold a leadership role in the café and the catering restaurant on the farm. Your duties include customer service in Finnish and English, daily café operations, arranging meals for visitors, and overseeing the farm shop’s presentation and sales, catering and wholesale orders, and the overall management and self-inspection of café operations. You will work in varied environments such as the café, catering restaurant, lodge, and camp where food is served and stories about the reindeer life and the farm’s history are shared. You will be part of a large, professional team and receive thorough training. Previous experience in similar roles is required; experience in the tourism or reindeer sector is a plus. The ideal candidate is flexible, responsible, friendly, eager to learn and capable of handling pressure with good communication and problem-solving skills. The position is a full-time contract starting in November for the winter season ending in March, under a contract between Bondata and the employee, governed by the Hospitality and Food Service collective agreement.
