We are seeking an experienced a la carte waiter/waitress for NORD at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Helsinki. The renovated Radisson Blu Royal Hotel opened in 2026 in central Helsinki as a premier event and meeting venue with 261 rooms, 13 renovated banquet spaces, a stylish cocktail bar, and a Nordic-inspired restaurant named NORD. The role is permanent and part-time (60 hours over 3 weeks). The successful candidate will have previous a la carte service experience, a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service, and a proactive, motivated, and quality-driven mindset. We expect strong customer service and teamwork skills, and a willingness to advance professionally. Responsibilities include providing high-quality guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and collaborating with the kitchen and service team to create memorable dining experiences. Hygienic practices and a serving license are advantageous. The position is based at Helsinki’s Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, with the employer emphasizing a supportive team and opportunities for growth.
