Procurement Specialist

What tasks can you expect? • Schedule, order and track delivery dates for manufacturing parts and assemblies to ensure materials are supplied according to requirements. • Manage international suppliers, including negotiating quantities and delivery dates. • Coordinate and monitor conversion and rework orders. • Support series-production launches and manage escalation situations. • Analyse processes and develop improvement proposals. What do you bring? • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training and further training as a Fachwirt or Meister. • Professional experience in purchasing/procurement is an advantage. • Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office. • Independent and responsible working style. • Structured, solution-oriented approach, flexibility, teamwork and assertiveness. • Business-fluent English, spoken and written. • Willingness to travel for supplier visits.
