Customer acquisition representative

We are completing the team for autumn as some of the summer staff move on to new things. We offer solid training and ongoing coaching so you can succeed in the job. The role of a customer acquisition representative is built to be meaningful; as you grow you will have the opportunity to advance to supervisory sales positions. As a customer acquisition representative you will focus on the newly acquired and existing customers of our selected partners. You will be the voice of the represented company in new customer acquisition and you will tailor benefits for these customers. Customer registries are targeted, so you will always know who you are calling and why. In your work you will play a significant role in growing the business of well-known companies. Your targets rise with your learning. The most important thing for us is that you have a positive attitude and perseverance with the energy and motivation to grow. We value customer service/sales background. Basic computer use should come naturally to you, and we require fluent Finnish and quick uptake of new things. Our workdays are typically weekdays 8:45–16 with a 30-minute lunch break and 3 coffee breaks. As a part-time employee we will tailor your working hours very flexibly. Our office is located in the city centre with good transport links. A guaranteed salary protects you at the start, but as you develop you can expect your earnings to rise above the guaranteed amount. The commissions and bonuses we pay are very rewarding. We also have ongoing contests including trips abroad, bonuses and gift cards. You will learn to calculate your earnings from your achievements, but we also review it weekly together. Our team has great energy and a like-minded spirit.
