Our Customer Service department consists of three parts: Customer Service, Customer Service Terminal Agent, and Traffic Control. The Terminal Agent plays a key role, acting as a link between departments. The role is flexible and can be combined with studies. Responsibilities include assisting customers, tracking packages, supporting drivers, and communicating between Customer Service and the terminal. Requirements include fluency in Dutch and English, a B driving license, strong communication skills, empathy, calmness, and accuracy.
