Head of Risk Management, Operational Risks

Do you want to help develop operational risk management, business continuity and resilience for Finland's leading financial group? We are seeking an expert in operational risk management for LähiTapiola Group's Risk Management Services unit to strengthen our team. The risk management function is part of the statutory risk management framework and supports risk management structures, methods and reporting to help the business manage risk. The function operates as an independent second line of defense and supports the group in achieving its objectives through effective risk management. In the role you will support business in identifying, assessing and managing risks and participate in developing operating risk management models across the LähiTapiola Group. Your key duties include: developing methodologies, practices and tools for operational risk management; coordinating and guiding risk assessments and other risk evaluations; analyzing operational risk events and promoting learning from them; monitoring the effectiveness and quality of risk management; reporting risk management to management, boards and other decision-making bodies; developing continuity management, crisis management and cyber resilience; supporting business in developing and implementing risk management; strengthening risk culture and risk awareness across the organization. We also value: experience in Dora, ICT and cyber risk management; experience with outsourcing and service providers risk management; continuity and resilience themes; risk analytics and reporting; interest in AI, sustainability and other emerging risk areas.
