Location As Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our global legal team. This role is based remotely in the UK or Ireland. This role would cover activities in EMEA primarily, with support in other regions, including APAC, as needed. The Opportunity DoiT is seeking an experienced, practical, hands-on and enthusiastic legal professional to join the Legal Team of a global, high-growth, fast-paced, mission-driven company. This role will be essential in handling commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, and customers, leading channel partner support activities (including MSP, VAR, distribution, SI, etc) as well as in advising DoiT on a variety of complex legal matters, including legal guidance on go-to-market and strategic initiatives. Your proactive and solution-oriented approach will be valued as you effectively manage legal risks and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will have a unique opportunity to help scale the business while substantively contributing to the success of a growing and evolving technology-focused business. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, identifying key aspects to align with business goals, and being proactive and pragmatic in addressing potential issues. Such agreements include SaaS agreements, strategic transactions and partner agreements, license agreements, professional service agreements and data processing agreements. Provide and lead legal support for EMEA commercial teams, including transaction and RFP support. Assist in handling other legal matters, which may include product corporate entity support, collections, marketing and/or litigation matters. Handling day-to-day legal inquiries, in cooperation with other legal team members and the business units/departments; Dealing with ad hoc legal matters as needed. Qualifications Juris Doctorate required. 7+ years substantive experience in providing commercial support and legal advice in an international SaaS corporate environment. Highly skilled and previous experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company, SaaS and channel partner program experience required. Experience providing support on corporate matters for subsidiaries preferred. Commercial mindset: team player with deep experience and ability to work with crossfunctional departments, having a strong understanding of business drivers and Sales needs while managing risk appropriately. Detail oriented with an ability to organize and work across multiple projects, multiple regions and multiple time zones. Must be self-driven, resourceful, results and deadline oriented, and have a high multi-task proficiency. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Requirements

- Strong experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company with SaaS and channel partner programs
- Experience with corporate matters for subsidiaries preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and time zones
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
