Full-Stack Software Developer

Solita Akatemia offers a compressed path to grow as a software developer leveraging AI, with a four‑week onboarding period that combines remote and on‑site training. The academy can be completed in Helsinki, Oulu, Tampere or Turku regions. After onboarding, you join a project team as a full‑stack software developer, contributing to customer projects and building software with AI-assisted methods. The role emphasizes combining technical ability, customer understanding and business‑driven problem solving in practical projects, with high autonomy, collaboration and a flat hierarchy. You will work with modern technologies, including AI development tools and agent workflows, and you will design, implement and maintain secure, scalable software solutions. The team works closely with customers and peers, and you will receive mentoring after the academy as you grow. We expect you to have 1–3 years of web full‑stack or backend development experience with technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Clojure, C#/.NET, TypeScript and Python, a relevant university degree, experience with AI‑assisted development or hobby projects, interest in building AI agents, automation or LLM‑based applications, and strong Finnish and English communication skills.
