Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a procurement specialist to join the city environment procurement services, in the urban planning and infrastructure procurement unit. The role involves planning, preparing and tendering public procurements, leading projects, and ensuring competitions are conducted in a high-quality, strategic and legally compliant manner. The unit tenderes ICT systems and related services, road infrastructure construction contracts, maintenance contracts for roads and public areas (e.g. winter maintenance and paving work), and other professional and service procurements. You will design, prepare and tender procurements, conduct market research and market dialogues, draft bidding, comparison and decision documents, lead and coordinate procurement projects, and ensure sustainability targets are considered. You will work closely with leading procurement specialists, lawyers and domain experts, with support from a multidisciplinary team, and have opportunity for independent work and responsibility. Experience with public procurement is an advantage. Salary is based on a tiered pay system; the base pay is 4,249.74 EUR per month plus 0-8% personal pay based on experience.
