We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for a 3–5 year old group on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026 or as agreed. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, developing and evaluating pedagogical activities and learning environments in line with the Vantaa early childhood education framework and unit plan, in collaboration with other staff. We value good teamwork, interaction skills and the ability to attend to each child’s individual needs. The role involves multi-professional collaboration, child welfare, family engagement and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. The unit uses ProVaka as a model for supporting social skills, and you commit to the principles of this model with the unit’s staff. There are clear leadership structures and opportunities to participate in unit management discussions. A special education teacher is available to support matters related to child support.
