Wellpack seeks a skilled shearer (sarmaaja) for a domestic company manufacturing diverse industrial products, located in Karjaa. The role is permanent and full-time. Salary 15–18 €/h depending on experience. The factory is about a 10-minute drive from Karjaa center. The work involves shearing on various machines (Bystronic, Amada, Durma). Pieces are steel and 1–3 mm thick. Prior experience in metal shearing or a relevant technical qualification is an advantage. Reading technical drawings is expected. We offer a permanent two-shift position and responsible, meaningful work in a busy production environment. Starting salary based on experience, starting between August and September.
