Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced construction supervisor for infrastructure construction! Do you have solid experience in supervisory roles in the infra sector? We are looking for an experienced construction supervisor for infrastructure projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In this role you will be responsible for the daily leadership of the site, ensuring smooth progress of work, as well as site safety and quality. You will work on a diverse range of infrastructure projects as part of a skilled organization that values responsible work, good communication skills, and the ability to lead a site effectively. Job duties: You will act as supervisor at sites around the Helsinki area. You will be responsible for defined work phases and their progression to ensure the site advances in line with schedule, budget, plans and quality requirements. Additionally you will work in close cooperation with subcontractors and workers. Requirements: You must have construction-related education (AMK / DI) and experience leading infra construction sites. We also expect a genuine desire to develop as a supervisor and the ability to make decisions in challenging situations. We value: strong teamwork and communication skills, initiative, and organizational ability. In addition, you must have Finnish language skills, a valid safety card, and access to your own car.
