Team Lead

Team Lead position at Motonet Espoo Hannus. We seek a sales-oriented and people-management-inclined Team Lead who will contribute to store operations, oversee sales, customer service and daily activities, and motivate the team to succeed. The role is full-time 37.5h/week and permanent; 18+ required. Salary negotiable. You will lead your team with a coaching style, support skill development, and ensure adherence to store procedures. You will participate in store work across shifts, and also handle other store tasks. You will engage in customer service and sales, set an example for your team, and ensure a service-minded attitude, proactive selling and deal-making. If you love sales, customer interactions and coaching, this role suits you. We value commercial drive, willingness to develop both yourself and the team, and the ability to identify customer needs. You should be able to make decisions and drive things forward, lead in a changing environment and view changes as opportunities.
