Residence Hall Supervisor

Asuntolaohjaaja: We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time assistant for the student housing at Ammattiopisto Tavastia. The role primarily runs Monday to Thursday evenings from 18:00 to 22:00, with some Sunday evenings. The paid position will be in a two-person team and involves supervising a safe living environment, activating residents during leisure time, and coordinating with guardians and the school. A suitable vocational qualification from secondary or polytechnic studies is appreciated but not required. You may apply even if your studies are ongoing or you have other strengths. We value proactive and responsible work ethic and interpersonal and collaboration skills, especially with youth. A criminal background check is required before starting as per the law. Salary and terms follow KVTES; full-time base pay is 2520.51 €/month, with exact pay based on hours and experience; a probation period of half the fixed-term duration applies.
