AC Waiter – Restaurant Mamma Rosa, Helsinki. We are looking for experienced waiters for à la carte service to join Mamma Rosa’s top team. The legendary Mamma Rosa has served Helsinki since 1980. Located near Töölön Square, the restaurant is known for its quality food, relaxed atmosphere and loyal customer base. We are now recruiting for a steady need for waiters with customer service and à la carte serving skills. Work is typically 3–4 shifts per week, mainly evenings and weekends, but the shift count can be adjusted to fit life circumstances and preferences. What the job includes: customer service in an à la carte restaurant, suggesting food and drink, taking orders and operating the cash register, and smooth cooperation with the dining room and kitchen. We hope you have previous experience as an à la carte waiter and can handle your own tables independently after initial onboarding. We expect all our waiters to have a cheerful, customer-oriented approach and the ability to work calmly even in rush periods. Finnish language fluency is required; English skills are considered an advantage. Hygienic and alcohol service passes are required.
