Security Guard

We are looking for part-time security guards for the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role involves protecting people, property and storefronts in assigned retail environments, providing customer service, and preventing theft by active and visible guarding. Duties may include alarm signalling and product shelving, along with general customer service. The position may require being present at various sites, with shifts aligned to store opening hours. We offer training as needed (temporary guard training 40h and basic guard course 80h) and an established employer with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include maintaining safety for staff, customers and property, handling situations calmly and professionally, and responding to incidents of potential theft.
