The Senior Analyst, Customer Success Operations is a critical role within our Revenue Operations team, bringing broad Customer Success and Account Management knowledge to support our most complex projects. You'll serve as a cross-functional problem solver and connective layer across Customer Success Operations, making sure our programs and strategic work reflect real, on-the-ground context. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys being a go-to resource across functions, and wants a direct hand in how we execute our roadmap. The Senior Analyst, Customer Success Operations is part of the Customer Success - Revenue Operations team that drives productivity and efficiency for account managers, CSMs, implementation specialists, support specialists, and leadership. What You'll Do: Domain expertise in customer success and account management; CS metrics & reporting including NRR, GRR, renewal rate, usage and engagement KPIs; cross-functional deployment support; strategic project execution; cross-functional partnership with pre-sales and CS leadership; project support for CS Platform and Usage Based Pricing. Who You Are: 3 to 5 years of customer ops experience; strong SaaS metrics understanding; comfortable with Salesforce, Gainsight; ability to work in ambiguity; strong communication and organizational skills; bonus: SQL or data warehouse familiarity. Compensation: Base Range $99,000 - $110,000 USD; salary likely reviewed with performance-based components.
