Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a Master/Construction Supervisor for concrete work for our esteemed client, responsible for daily management of earthworks, foundations, and concrete work for data center projects in the Uusimaa region. The project is a reputable and financially stable company, offering opportunities to work on modern and technically demanding projects as part of a skilled team. This role involves external concrete work for the Espoo data center, with an expected start in early August. The duration is at least 6 months but is likely to continue beyond that. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management of your own area of production on the construction site. Your tasks include, among others: coordinating work, monitoring progress of concrete work, scheduling and planning work phases, guiding subcontractors, quality control and documentation, ensuring work safety, collaborating with various stakeholders on the site. The work is a versatile combination of practical site management, coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced project. In this role, you will take genuine responsibility for the progress of the site and lead overall tasks, emphasizing schedule management, quality, safety, and smooth cooperation between different parties. You may be the person we are looking for if you have: experience in supervising infrastructure sites, understanding of concrete work, ability to lead daily site operations and subcontractors, experience in managing schedules, quality, and safety, proactive and responsible work attitude, good collaboration and communication skills, fluent Finnish language skills (English is an advantage), B driving license.
