The position is for a motivated earthworks worker to support civil engineering tasks in the Ostrobothnian region, working closely with an excavator operator. Daily duties include assisting with excavation, site preparation of soil, pipe and cable installation, backfilling and final finishing of excavations. The role uses level and pipe lasers to check heights and involves earth mass compaction and leveling. Prior experience in the infra sector and good reading of drawings are desired. Experience with pipe and cable installation and use of laser devices is an advantage. A valid occupational safety card is required. We value a proactive, energetic and responsible approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The job is physically demanding and requires good fitness. Work starts by agreement and lasts approximately four months.
