As a banquet hall supervisor, your task is to ensure smooth daily operations of the dining room and a high-quality, friendly guest experience. You will lead shifts by example and ensure your team’s work flows smoothly while guaranteeing service that is high quality and friendly. Daily tasks include directing and organizing dining room staff, ensuring smooth shift coverage, and customer service. The winter season starts in October and runs through March. We are looking for a banquet hall supervisor for a fixed-term seasonal contract, 90 hours per 3 weeks, with pay according to MaRaVa TES, between 15.60–16.93 €/h plus allowances, depending on prior experience. All work is guided by Scandic’s four values: Be Caring, Be You, Be a Pro and Be Bold. You are outgoing, hands-on, have creative problem-solving skills and are innovative. You are curious about how to create outstanding guest experiences across hotel and restaurant areas and value a positive working atmosphere. Requirements include hospitality-related work experience and training, supervisory experience, independent and responsible work attitude and ability to make decisions in demanding situations, and a hygienic certificate.
