Job Details Kantar Business Services India Role Overview Part of a dynamic and integrated finance function delivering operational finance specialist services. This role will report to systems lead and needs to provide expert-level support for finance systems, with a primary focus on Maconomy, ensuring smooth operations, user enablement, compliance, and continuous improvement. In this role will need to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards. Role Description Provide expert support for finance systems, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across regions. Manage system access, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with audit and control standards. Support core finance processes including month-end close, journal entries, and system updates. Collaborate with global teams to align workflows and address cross-regional challenges. Deliver user training, maintain documentation, and promote knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement and service excellence through measurable KPIs. Role Requirements & Capabilities Degree in Information Systems, Management, Finance or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance systems support, preferably with Maconomy. Strong understanding of ERP systems, accounting principles, knowledge of key business process technologies is preferred. Experience working within a GBS environment, working in large teams and working with transformation and change programmes, handling finance operations is preferred. Sound knowledge of MS Word, Adv Excel, PowerPoint Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and training skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Validated ability to efficiently follow policies and procedures.
