Key Account Manager

The role is to lead national key account relationships with major contractor and property maintenance clients in Finland, acting as a business builder, strategic negotiator and trusted partner for Ahlsell’s national key account organization. The Key Account Manager will drive growth, profitability and customer experience for leading contractor customers, formulate and execute account strategies, oversee major contract negotiations, identify new business opportunities, and develop loyalty and value across key accounts. The position involves building long-term partnerships with clients’ decision-makers from field to top management, and collaborating with business, procurement and sales leadership to shape strategic directions. The role is about contributing to the growth of Ahlsell’s nationwide technical wholesale business and leading a national KAM team.
