Senior Talent Partner - ReOrbit

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to help scale ReOrbit’s global team and support the growth of our next-generation satellite technology organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to leadership, driving recruitment for highly specialized engineering and mission-critical roles across the space ecosystem. Beyond executing searches, you will influence hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent market positioning as the company continues to grow internationally. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building the teams behind cutting-edge space infrastructure. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic talent partner, owning end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior technical roles, designing sourcing strategies, building pipelines, partnering on workforce planning, driving structured hiring processes, supporting recruiting best practices, and collaborating on employer branding.
