Senior Services Cooling Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cooling Services Engineer to strengthen Schneider Electric's Secure Power Services team in Finland. The role focuses on working with the most demanding data center and critical infrastructure environments in Finland, serving as the technical lead for cooling solutions and collaborating closely with customers, subcontractors, project teams and sales to act as the primary expert on cooling technologies and field services. You will work with advanced cooling and critical infrastructure systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, Fan Wall systems, Liquid Cooling solutions and Precision Cooling systems. Responsibilities include commissioning and maintenance of cooling equipment, ensuring the integrity of installations, piping and hydraulic circuits, optimizing system performance and operating parameters, performing diagnostics and root-cause analyses for mechanical, electrical, software or operating-condition related faults, collaborating with Schneider Electric engineers, partners and subcontractors on customer sites delivering technical guidance and user training, providing technical support to sales and project teams for cooling products and field services, and documenting and maintaining service reports. Requirements include over 10 years of experience with cooling solutions, HVAC systems or critical cooling infrastructure; practical experience with chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, Precision Cooling and Liquid Cooling; strong knowledge of cooling and HVAC principles and related mechanical infrastructure; proven ability to commission, troubleshoot, service and perform field duties; ability to work independently and supervise technical tasks on customer sites; experience with data centers or critical infrastructure; technical education in refrigeration, mechanical, electrical or other relevant engineering field; fluent Finnish and English; driving license and willingness to travel.
