This part-time job is suitable for balancing with school, work, or sports during the snow-free season, with a negotiated hours and schedule for each employee. We train new hires with a few practice sessions. The role involves directing game shifts for customer groups in paintball using K7-, K13-, and K18- weapons and bubble soccer. It also includes post-game gear care and tidying the break area, and occasionally mowing the area. Most shifts are on Saturdays: 10:30–13:00 and 14:00–16:30, with additional Friday afternoon/evening shifts and children's birthday parties on weekdays. There are also occasional school/class/group events mainly in autumn andspring, covered by other coordinators if needed. Weekly hours range from 0–20 h over 0–3 days per week, by agreement. Schedules are visible in an online calendar; shifts are divided among 2–3 embersiders with agreed rules, taking into account personal situations. We seek a well-spoken, sharp-witted, enthusiastic, and humorous leader who can take charge of any group. The employer is non-smoking.
