We are looking for a flexible and engaged substitute/duty person who can help our two units operate smoothly and ensure that everyday life is safe for the children. Your task as a substitute is to step into the group of children where you are needed. This enables you to get to know all the children at the day care and collaborate with the entire staff. Our aim is to be a unit that everyone wants to come to, for children, parents and staff. We plan activities based on the curriculum, with the child's interests at the center. It is important to us that the children feel involved in both planning and execution of the activities. We also work to strengthen the children's social skills, among other things with small-group activities and the Jag och Vi tool. At Portängen and Askbacken we treat everyone (children and staff) equally and everyones strengths are taken into account. We value a solution-oriented approach in the work, initiative and flexibility. Joy in work is important and understanding that everyone contributes to this. Workplaces and addresses: Askbackens day care, Askbacksgränden 8, 02760 ESBO and Portängens day care, Portängsvägen 12, 02180 ESBO
