The Results group works in collaboration with the production result areas according to the partnership model. The Results group is led by a Partnership Director. Your role As a procurement manager focusing on service procurements, you will steer and develop strategically significant procurement and contract processes at the core of Finland's second-largest welfare region and influence the organisation’s renewal broadly. You will work in close collaboration with category managers, production result areas and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and impactful procurement and contract processes across the organisation. Your duties include: - strategic development of service procurements and management of end-to-end processes in collaboration with category managers - ensuring the operation of cross-organisational procurement processes and cooperation in line with the partnership model - developing and guiding the cross-organisational contract management process - managerial duties for procurement services and contract management experts - development and governance of the service vouchers process - development of procurement processes and operating models that support the organisation’s renewal. Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic service procurements and end-to-end processes.

Requirements
  • At least five years’ experience in public procurement.
  • Strong leadership and people-management experience.
  • Excellent Finnish language skills (written and spoken).
  • Satisfactory Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
  • English skills beneficial.
