We are looking for sales negotiators for Sanoma's phone sales team in Oulu. In this role, you will sell well-known and high-quality media products such as Helsingin Sanomat, Aamulehti and Satakunnan Kansa to new and existing customers. Previous sales experience is not required – the most important is a good attitude, willingness to learn, and courage to pick up the phone. We’ll train the rest! What the job offers: Short and flexible workdays; shifts mainly between 9–15 on weekdays, leaving time for free time, studies or hobbies. Potential for good earnings: base pay is 9.50 €/h + sales commission; average earnings around 15 €/h. Remote work option: work from the office or in a hybrid model partly remote. Great onboarding and a clear path to develop skills and career. How the work works: You’ll contact new and existing customers by phone and offer them Sanoma’s media products.
