About the role As an IT Project Manager at Matrix42, you will be responsible for delivery projects related to Service Management (ITSM/ESM) and Identity Management (IAM/IGA) solutions. Your work will focus particularly on the German and Finnish markets and on successfully delivering projects related to public and private sector tenders. You will collaborate closely with sales, technical consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction. You can work in a hybrid model from the Espoo (Säteri), Kuopio, or Frankfurt office, and you enjoy meeting colleagues and customers face-to-face on a regular basis. The role requires occasional travel depending on project and customer needs. Your tasks include close collaboration with sales, technical experts, and customers, as well as managing project resources, time entries, and budget adherence. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT implementation and development projects Guide and coordinate technical consultants and the project team Monitor project resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure targets are met Conduct status meetings and report progress to steering groups and other stakeholders Ensure customer satisfaction and proactive communication throughout all project phases We are looking for Strong experience leading IT projects in direct client-facing roles, ideally on the supplier side, acting as the primary point of contact between customer and delivery teams Fluent German and English skills, and Finnish language skills are an advantage Knowledge of different project management methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall) Willingness to travel when required by projects Excellent collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders Experience with public sector tendering processes and working with public sector customers as well as delivering SaaS-based or platform solutions are seen as an addition asset.
