We expect you to have: - 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, technical delivery, or a related role. - Experience with incident management and technical escalation management. - Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand service architecture, system dependencies, technical ownership, and operational constraints. - Experience working directly with engineering teams to turn technical problems and dependencies into clear actions and process changes. - Proven experience identifying, designing, implementing, and measuring operational process improvements. - Ability to read, understand, and write technical documentation for engineering and operational audiences. - Experience creating and maintaining processes, procedures, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation. - Working knowledge of Jira workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting, with the ability to configure them when needed. - A proactive approach to identifying problems and driving them through to resolution. - Fluent English.
