About the role

Mobility Specialist – APAC at Remote. Join a fully remote, async-friendly environment focusing on global immigration compliance and relocation for top talent. You’ll provide legal and strategic immigration guidance, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate sponsorship cases. You’ll report to the Manager, Mobility within the Onboarding and Mobility team. Location preferences: APAC. Start date: as soon as possible. Salary range: USD 29,450–66,250 per year. Responsibilities

  • Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
  • Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes
  • Appropriately handle escalations, determine solutions, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions
  • Guide travel needs, counsel on immigration processes, serve as contact for business travel and sponsorship cases
  • Control case statuses using case management and billing systems
  • Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses for complex cases
  • Be a team player who can work autonomously and take day-to-day ownership
  • Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation
